VISION
We want to be a dynamic force that loves people who are far from God into a relationship with Him in order to change the world.
LOVE GOD
We gather every Sunday to worship God. Every week there are people working behind the scenes to make sure that Sunday morning is the best it can be. We strive to have a creative environment where people who are far from God can come to know Him. We use a plethora of mediums to foster an environment where people can freely fall in love with God. However, loving God goes far beyond a mere Sunday gathering. Loving God is something that has to be developed on a daily basis for it to have any significance in our lives. This comes through prayer and obedience.
LOVE EACH OTHER
When we come into a relationship with God we also come into relationship with a whole group of people. It is our desire to see community fostered in various ways. Every week there are pockets of people around Blount County that meet in homes to study, pray, play, and of course eat. We call these groups ‘Life Groups’. ROCK THIS WORLD
In the book of Acts the disciples of Jesus start living in a way that was totally counter-cultural and started irritating the powerful people who said that they were ‘turning the world upside down’ (Acts 17). We hope to live out the love of Christ in such a radical way that this world is shaken from head to toe with the unconditional love that God has poured out on us. However this cannot remain merely cerebral, but has to be lived out in a way so that hungry children are fed, broken people made whole, diseased people aided with life-saving medicine, and those who are far from God are loved into a relationship with the Creator.
